Job listings featured on JobSearchNearMe.online originate exclusively from authenticated, legitimate sources. We strictly reject fabricated listings, speculative recruiter ghost-postings, or scraped listings with broken application flows:
We never label a job as "VERIFIED" simply because it exists in a feed. Every listing must score above our automated confidence threshold (0.85+) by passing each of the following 15 distinct heuristic and cryptographic tests:
Confirms corporate legal presence, valid web domain, and registered business signals.
Tests that the application URL responds with HTTP 200/302, valid SSL/TLS, and reachable servers.
Checks the historical uptime, accuracy, and spam rate of the originating connector.
Rejects or archives postings older than 30–45 days unless confirmed active by live ping.
Detects cross-source duplicates using normalized title, company, and location hashing.
Scans for predatory recruitment fees, check-cashing requests, and wire transfer requests.
Screens out listings inflated with synthetic keyword repetition and deceptive SEO terms.
Enforces minimum description length (100+ words), role responsibilities, and qualifications.
Validates minimum/maximum spread, plausible market ranges, and consistent currency ISO codes.
Resolves country, state/province, and municipality against global geographic databases.
Categorizes standard contractual arrangements (Full-Time, Part-Time, Contract, Internship).
Distinguishes true 100% remote positions from hybrid or state-restricted remote contracts.
Flags free email domains (@gmail, @yahoo) or messaging apps (Telegram, WhatsApp) for hiring contact.
Screens destinations against malware blacklists and detects suspicious intermediary URL shorteners.
Eliminates multi-level marketing (MLM), pyramid structures, and deceptive work-from-home lures.
Nothing damages trust more than applying to an expired or zombie listing. We operate a rigorous lifecycle to maintain pristine search hygiene:
Automated 6-Hour Audits: Our background workers scan active jobs every 6 hours, verifying that destination application links remain reachable and that the stated closing date has not elapsed.
Removal of Structured Data: The moment a job expires, its Google JobPosting schema is immediately deleted. This prevents candidates from being misled by stale Google Jobs search results and protects the domain from Google search penalties.
Archival & Link Equity: Expired listings are marked with an prominent amber banner explaining the closure, accompanied by links to active similar roles. They are assigned noindex, follow robots directives to allow crawlers to discover active alternatives without polluting the index.
If you encounter a job listing that appears filled, directs to an error page, or behaves suspiciously, please report it immediately. Every listing page features a "Report Issue" option, or you can email our compliance team at trust@jobsearchnearme.online. Reports trigger an immediate review queue assignment.
We respect employers' right to govern their brand and recruitment openings. Employers may request immediate removal or data correction via our dedicated Job Removal Portal. All legitimate employer requests submitted with corporate email verification are processed within 24 hours.
