As Junior Solution Architect you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders and will report to your Solution Architect Team Lead. We are looking for someone who is passionate about hardware and software products, enjoys solving problems, and is excited to grow into a trusted technical advisor role. You will be working in an experienced Presales team and support sales in the deal process as well as linking ideas with our product and engineering team. You will have direct contact with customers and reselling partners to transfer knowledge and to help build and develop relationships and sales opportunities.

Meet your teamYou’ll join our experienced Presales team and work closely with Solution Architects who will help you build your technical and customer-facing skills. Together, you’ll support Sales in customer conversations, demonstrations and solution design. You’ll also collaborate with Product, Engineering and Customer Success to turn customer needs into solutions that work in practice.
