Arbisoft is seeking a Staff Python Engineer to design and ship AI-powered automation and enterprise search systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build high-performance RESTful APIs and asynchronous background task workers using FastAPI and Celery.
- Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines and LLM agent orchestration using LangChain/LlamaIndex.
- Optimize vector embeddings indexing (pgvector, Pinecone) for sub-second semantic search queries.
Requirements
- 5+ years of enterprise Python engineering experience with deep knowledge of async I/O.
- Proven track record of building production AI/ML or LLM-driven software.
- Strong understanding of Docker, Linux systems, and cloud architecture (AWS/GCP).
